Sports Performance For All Athletes Program
Program #1 - Travel Sports Team Training:
Our program follows the principles we teach in Youth Sports Training class but with the focus on Travel Teams. This is a great team bonding experience including covering all the aspects of fitness programming.
Program #2 - Youth Sports Training
Our Fun yet challenging class will highlight those athletes who want to improve on their speed, muscular strength and endurance, agility, flexibility, balance and confidence. We also will augment your child’s sport performance through improved strength and motor control. This is a six to twelve week course designed for athletes of all ventures ages 12-18.
Program #3 - Individual Athlete Training
Accomplish your child's goals in augmenting their speed, muscular strength and endurance, agility, flexibility, balance and confidence. Mental toughness is necessary if athlete wants to pursue college sports and will be addressed. Sessions will be determined based on fitness evaluation.
