Meet the Ross Family!
Jeremy Ross (second from left) is the owner of 3 To Be Fit. His dream of opening his own personal training studio was brought to life in 2012. Since then, 3 To Be Fit has grown into a locally-owned, private studio whose mission is to help every client reach their fitness goals.
Jeremy is an Exercise Physiologist with 27 years of experience in the health industry. His partner in crime, Heather (right), is a physical education teacher at Iroquois Central School District and the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Jamestown Community College. She has over 23 years of experience in the teaching field.
Jeremy and Heather have four children. Alexis (third from left), is a 2020 SUNY Brockport graduate, former DIII collegiate athlete (softball), and loves to go hiking. Madison (third from right), is a 2023 SUNY Brockport graduate and former rugby and softball athlete. Daucoda (left), is a 2023 GCC graduate, former soccer athlete, and loves to paint, travel, and go hiking. Jakson (second from right), is going to graduate from Nichols School. He plays football and baseball. His dream is to play college baseball like his dad.
