Personal Training Services
Individual or Couple sessions are completed within 30 - 60 minutes!
Fitness Assessment ($30 for 45-60 minutes) includes:
Lean muscle/Body fat Assessment, anthropometric measurements (inches in hip, waist, etc), BMI, Weight). Also includes Muscular Endurance/Strength, Flexibility and Agility/Speed Testing (if necessary).
