Personal Training Services = Results
Group or Individual sessions are completed within 30 OR 60 minutes.
Fitness Assessment ($25 for 30-45 minutes) includes a Lean muscle/Bodyfat Assessment, anthropometric measurements (inches in hip, waist, etc), BMI, Weight). Also includes Muscular Endurance/Strength, Flexibility and Agility/Speed Testing (if necessary).
Goal Setting; Setting your Path to Success
A fun yet challenging strength, cardiovascular and flexibility program
Variety in the training modules to accomplish your goals
Balanced Nutrition- Understanding how to better fuel your body
Flexibility training for your cool-down and relaxation
