Personal Training Services

​ Individual or Couple sessions are completed within 30 - 60 minutes!

Fitness Assessment ($30 for 45-60 minutes) includes:
Lean muscle/Body fat Assessment, anthropometric measurements (inches in hip, waist, etc), BMI, Weight).  Also includes Muscular Endurance/Strength, Flexibility and Agility/Speed Testing (if necessary).

  • ​Goal Setting; Setting your Path to Success
  • A fun yet challenging strength, cardiovascular and flexibility program
  • Variety in the training modules to accomplish your goals
  • Balanced Nutrition- Understanding how to better fuel your body 
  • Flexibility training for your cool-down and relaxation​
