We start with a Fitness Assessment ($55) and consultation to understand your needs and goals.
This includes:
  • Weight, body composition, and anthropometric measurements 
  • Testing muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility
  • Discussion of medical history, fitness goals and lifestyle habits
