Jeremy Ross, B.S.
Founder & Exercise Physiologist
Jeremy has been teaching and practicing wellness and fitness since December 1997. He has worked in corporate fitness with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, head coaching Division III baseball at Hilbert College along with fitness management and personal training positions. He recently took on a volunteer position to be the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Iroquois Girl's Varsity Soccer program who in their first year won the Section VI class B championship.
Jeremy opened 3 2B Fit Personal Training Services & More in May 2011 because he believed he could make a difference in helping his clients achieve the best health in a wonderful environment. In April 2015, 3 2B Fit re-branded their name to 3 To Be Fit to help establish a better identity for the company. Jeremy loves to work everyday at 3 To Be Fit to help every individual whether they are a high school or college athlete or a person with many challenges/obstacles.
As a husband and father of four athletic children he has committed much time to coach travel his older daughters in softball (now playing in college) and travel baseball with his son. As a former walk-on Division I baseball player at Canisius College he won many awards including Academic All American while leading the MAAC conference in hitting. He attributes much of his early success because of the adversity of being told he wasn't good enough to play college baseball at the Division II level. When time allows Jeremy has enjoyed playing in the MSBL baseball leagues along with participating in the Marine Corp Marathon, Go Ruck and Tough Mudder events.
ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer
Kelly is an 11 year athlete of the United States Ski Team and a two time National Champion in the sport of freestyle skiing aerials. She has been to four World Championships and has over 20 top ten World Cup finishes.
Not only does Kelly know what it takes to become a champion on the field, she also holds many qualifications of a leader and a teacher. Kelly is ISSA certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Sports conditioning, youth and group fitness instructor, certified level III USSA coach and an American Sports Education Program coach.
Kelly currently teaches our Athlete's 2 Excellence classes and also takes group and individual personal training clients.
