Jeremy Ross, B.S.
Founder & Exercise Physiologist
Jeremy has been teaching and practicing wellness and fitness since December 1997. He has worked in corporate fitness with Johnson & Johnson HCS, head coaching Division III baseball at Hilbert College along with fitness management and personal training positions.
As a former Division I baseball player at Canisius College he won many awards including Academic All American while leading the MAAC conference in hitting. In the 2009 and 2010, he played with the 35+ Team New Era who fought against top former college and pro players and won the American League MSBL World Series in Phoenix, Arizona. Jeremy remains active in coaching travel softball with his children along with enjoying time with his family. In October of 2012 he completed the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington D.C., the Tough Mudder in West Virgina and GoRuck event in Buffalo, NY.
Jeremy opened 3 2B Fit Personal Training Services & More in May 2011 because we believe we can make a difference in helping our clients achieve better health in a clean environment.
In April 2015, we re-branded our name to 3 To Be Fit to help establish a better identity for our company.
ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer
Kelly is an 11 year athlete of the United States Ski Team and a two time National Champion in the sport of freestyle skiing aerials. She has been to four World Championships and has over 20 top ten World Cup finishes.
Not only does Kelly know what it takes to become a champion on the field, she also holds many qualifications of a leader and a teacher. Kelly is ISSA certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Sports conditioning, youth and group fitness instructor, certified level III USSA coach and an American Sports Education Program coach.
Kelly currently teaches our Athlete's 2 Excellence classes and also takes group and individual personal training clients.
